anyone on here use the dyna-flex?

My chiropractor got this in for me. Its one of those gyro-scope things that you spin and move in circles. I've been usin it for a few weeks now, and my wrist has felt better. I have tendonitis and this thing helps keep it under control, and strengthens my wrist. Its been great so far, good investment. Only like 20-25 bucks too.

I have the dyna-flex pro. Basically the most simple of them all. Works good tho.

What do you do with them? I think I have gathered that they strengthen your wrist and forearm??? Do you just hold the powerball or what?

twister, I've had this since I was 14 actually. I used to ride a lot of BMX, and I still ride 4 wheelers. Its killer on the joints, BUT SO FUN I CANT RESIST!
