Title: ball surface ?

whats everybody take on ball surface, is rough buff similar to beans sauce?  is one polish better than the next?

Rough Buff is a compound polish while Secret Sauce is a cleaner/polisher that's more like a gritless polish (though it has some abrasives in it).  The standard RB finish is 220-grit plus RB, which leaves a finish that's similar to 2000-grit Abralon.  SS is more comparable to the High Gloss Brunswick polish, and I believe that given the same starting surface, SS will be shinier.
