Best 3-Ball Tote Roller??
« on: March 18, 2012, 05:41:50 PM »
I just want to find out what everyone suggest is the best 3 ball tote rollers currently out? I've been looking at either the Storm Tournament or Turbo 2-N-1 tote roller, mainly concerned about durability and how secure the balls are in the bags without them moving around too much. I don't know if the the Turbo bag has the foam ball cups in the bag. Any suggestions would be most helpful, plan to get one soon for Baton Rouge.

I have had multiple styles of the 3-ball roller tote and I do not think any of them compare to the totes that KR/Brunswick release. The storm totes are nice but mine lasted about 6 months and tore at one end, bought another and it tore 4 months in. I also saw that the Storm tote tipped over easy due to the location of the wheels. I bought the Turbo bag and love it looks good and is very hard to tip (big bonus for 3-ball totes). Im not positive but I think they are built by KR (just stating this because of design). But I have the Brunswick and KR totes and they look identical to the Turbo tote. I have had the Turbo for almost 1 1/2 years and it still rolls and looks like new. That is even after a couple of flights. I would recommend the KR/Brunswick/Turbo totes.

vice tote...extremely durable and sturdy plus the see through vinyl makes it easy to find which ball is in which bag

I like the Vise 3 ball tote roller with the add-on shoe bag very economical, nice and slim, and has never tipped over while rolling like some of the others I have tried. Had mine for at least 8 months and it's still perfect.

I know it sounds like I'm in denial, but I'm not.

If you are flying, the wide stance rollers (like the new turbo) are kept on their side while in the baggage department. Expect damage  to the bag, broken wheels, and ball damage. The Storm tote and old turbo bag (with the inboard wheels) have held up much better to airport baggage handling.

No, I won't be doing any flying, but maybe next year if I go to Reno and if my wife can talk me into even getting on a plane, lol! But the Vise bags are also ones that I've looked at from recent tournaments and they look like they would hold up well, too. Plus they have a side zippered compartment so that's a plus for me.

The 900 Global bags are the best I have owned and look great too in Black with silver, red lettering and chrome trim. The full size 3 ball is huge with tons of storage. Their regular 3 ball airline is about to be discontinued though a lot of the on-line pro shops still have some left, but just because they now have the Deluxe version with the detachable shoe / accessory bag on top. I have the big bag and half dozen of the totes and only issues I have had were thanks to airlines having ripped the runners off the bottom and my oldest bag finally busted out on  one end. Not sure on that one if it was the airline or the way I sling them out of the back of the truck.

Roll with 900 Global.
