I don't have any wrist problems, but I do use (and love) my Mongoose Lifter. I'll use it at least once or twice a practice session if I'm not feeling the right lift from my fingers. Putting on the Lifter helps me remember what it's supposed to feel like coming off my hand.
It is very supportive though, so if I had a problem with bowling extended sets, or feeling pain due to my wrist, I'm sure it would work great.
I totally recommend the Mongoose Lifter. Even if you're just going to use it as a training tool like I do.
