best place to get a slide sole replacement?

looking for a slide sole velco type for dexter shoe...S8 sole

have only been able to find them for around 20 bucks at local proshops..Are there any cheaper places?

There are lots of internet places that sell them. Most charge around $15, more or less. Here's Buddies list. I have no idea which is the S8. They're all the same price $15:

Your problem: if you're ONLY buying that item, shipping can be as much as $10 or as little as $6.95. When buying online it pays to buy a lot of items to offset the cost of shipping. You can probably add 10 more different accessories and add only $3 more is shipping costs.

If you still need only that one item, consider buying it from your pro shop who will probably only add sales tax to the cost.

The soles and heels just keep going up in most pro shops. I have seen some soles priced 18.95 or pushing $20.00. Most of the time I try to buy them when I need something else or heels and soles in pairs that will last quite a while.
Some online will either be free shipping but higher prices on soles and heels.
Bowlers Paradise seems to be about as reasonable as most of the online sellers.
Soles have increased to $12.99 and the heels stayed at $8.99. Economy shipping.
My last soles were on sale for $9.99 so you can catch them on sale sometimes.
