New shoe suggestions
« on: October 27, 2007, 07:15:30 AM »
I am currently wearing Dexter Turbo II shoes.  I have had them for about 2 years and I feel that its time to upgrade to new shoes as my game has progressed. Also the soles of the shoes have been through a lot of wear and there does not seem to be any replacements for it.  The budget is not that important, I just want these shoes to last and perform well at the same time.

dyno-thane ABS Tour Ultras are awesome. comes with 5 differnt sole sliders and 4 differnt heels. has its own bag with shoe cover and shoe horn. i have had mine for a year and they still look brand new. i bowl alot and are ruff with my shoes. very very comfortable. everything u could ever need comes with them. brunswick, dextor, or anything other company doesnt give u as many sliders and all as these dyno-thanes.

# of bowling balls = too many
highest game = not high enough
league avg. = its getting there
tournaments won = let me get back to u on this one

^^^ Note to Zone...the ABS/Dynothane brand is now 900/300 Global...

The 3G Tour Ultras are the best shoes money can buy. Also, the other 3G shoes aren't a bad buy either...you really can't go wrong.

Same as the others: 900 Global Tour Ultras are the best you can get.  Send a PM to tekneek, he'll hook you up.

Note that if you plan on bowling PBA events, you'll have to ensure you have a pair labeled "3G".  They were formerly labeled Dynorooz and that existing stock is still floating around out there.  If you need 3G-labeled shoes, you may want to contact Eric Thomas (a user here), he can get you the right pair.

don't waste your time looking for bowling shoes----get a pair of 3G tour ultras. i've used dexter sst 4's, 5's, and 6's. i've also used linds exxxtras. the tour ultras from 3G are superior in every aspect and their customer service is light years ahead.
