After I bought my 1st pair of Linds, I wore them exclusively for years. I dropped out of the sport for about 13 years. After that when I started bowling again, I couldn't find Linds. Recently, I found some on Ebay and bought them. I prefer the perforated sole with the grooved heel and I've only found smooth sole and smooth heel.

I know there are several types of soles and heels Linds made. Does anyone know how much difference there is between the smooth sole and the perforated sole?
