tour ultra's
« on: August 10, 2008, 02:03:11 AM »
i had a pair if dyna thane tour ultra's for 4 years before they finally started breaking down then back in january i decided to get a new pair so i went with the 3g version and while they are the same shoe i'm already having to look into getting another pair the normal wear and tear seems to effect these shoes much much faster then the dyno thane version i havn't treated them no les or better than my other shoes. My question is have any of you noticed if the 3g's dont hold up as good or is it maybe just a crap pair i got

i had/have two pairs of dynorooz sport elite cabretta's. i gave my oldest pair to our junior program after i had them for a year. i still have the other pair. i use them for practice once a week and for a spare pair. this pair is two years old. i also have a pair of 3G tour ultra's that are a year old. i've seen no wear and tear on any of these three pairs of shoes. they are without a doubt the best bowling shoe money can buy. top notch construction, stylish and comfortable, and with 6 soles and 6 heels, all the sliding versatility you could ever need.

I loved the Dynoroos but had to buy a pair of Dexters for PBA competeion. I will probably staty with dexters after I saw a pair of 3G's completely delaminate on the slide shoe. Really spprised me I thought they were sewn. But actually there is a thin plastic membrane that the outer leather portion and the velcro inner portion is glued to. The velcro and leather part came completely undone. These shoes were only a couple of months old.
