My Columbia bag has ripped out at the seams and the zipper broke. Has anyone here dealt with their customer service before? I filled out their form a while ago and haven't heard from anyone. I guess that's what I get for buying the cheap bag.

Where did you buy it? Proshop or on-line? If you bought it at a proshop take it back to them and let them deal with it via a distributor/rep. If you bought it online try contacting them first, then call Columbia's 800 number on their website if the on-line shop can't help. Some do, some do not.
