i purchased a new columbia hi roller 4 about a year ago and the shoulder strap has started to rip around the logo patch on top of the strap. i tried to email columbia for some help but have not had a response. this was 3 weeks ago. anyone out there had to deal with columbia on quality issues and gotten them resolved?

I had an issue with my hi roller 4 ball bag too and resolved it by calling them over the phone. Its much harder to avoid or shrug off than emails. I just called information for the number at the time.
