Anybody having problems with dexter soles? I recently got a pair of SST5 LX's and suppose to come with S8 sole which is yellow leather but thats not what i got. S8 sole that came with it is white and very slick. Anybody know if they changed material .

Iam also having issues in other ways I am getting ready to contact dexter soon.
Velcro not sticking....... bags fell totally apart...... shoe protector is falling apart too..
Shoes are totally UNCOMFORTABLE to me.....

I just got some 8's and the bags fell apart. I mean in like a month they are shredded!! but the soles 8 were white.

Ever web site and my pro shop has the s8 sole in yellow. Not sure what slide this is but it sucks. As far as the bags I hate them. They changed from 1 bag to 2 single bags and they changed shoe cover. I'm glad I didn't pay 4 these new shoes. Contacted Dexter 2day but as we all no they take there sweet time getting back 2 you when there's an issue

To update u guys out here. Just talked to dexter and my S8 sole is the newest one they make. They changed it from leather to micro because it last longer. Buzzhead called dexter and talk to lady by name of caorl porter. I sent here back my sst5 sports and she sent me sst5 lx's wide. Shoes are very comfortable. Now im sending back another pair of sports for sst6 LE wide. To all out here having problems call her. She will do what ever she can to help. It will have only cost me 20 in shipping to get 2 brand new pairs of shoes.18888339837 is dexters number. Have to leave message but she will get back to you normally within that day

these are just some of the reasons i dropped dexter several years ago. couldn't find the right combination of heels and soles to get my perfect slide. called and e-mailed dexter half a dozen times before they gave me the phone number and e-mail address of the regional rep. tried to contact him half a dozen times with no luck. i've used dynorooz/3G ever since and am very happy.

Must be just your luck. Since i have gotten ahold of this lady i have had no problems service wise. The new S8 sole and H5 heel is perfect. Must have been combination of new sole and new heel design why i was sliding all over

i think it's safe to assume that "that lady" wasn't employed with dexter then. good for you. however, due to the companies poor customer service when i needed them they have lost a customer.

I hear ya i probly would have done the same. Now it would be hard to for me to change from dexter with $300 worth of shoes coming for shipping cost

I thought the S6 was white microfiber. Is the new S8 a different microfiber than the S6. What is the S6 now ???

S8 is now micro and S6 is micro but they combined the S7 with the S6. Its now perforated. They also changed the S1 its now perforated too. New tri-dex heel with S8 mirco is very slick . Had to changed back too the H5 blue horseshoe to slow down

New tri dex is very different. Has horseshoe shape but other than that different. Has 3 different materials and 3 levels. It will take some getting use 2 if I use it

They have A tridex with the sst6's and sst7's... you are saying that the sst8 tridex is not the same.

No no the tri-dex is the same but the S1 ,S6,S8 soles have changed. If you like H5 heel then you probly wont like the new tri-dex

I didn't like any of the H5 heels or the H5 tridex.. too sticky..
but the red leather was too slick.. that is the reason I'm not using my new SST6's.. I polished up the heels a bit so I may give it another try.
