I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Bowling.com for their excellent customer service. I ordered a new pair of Dexter SST 6's last night and noticed the price dropped $17.00 when I looked online today. One quick call and Amanda refunded the difference no questions asked. It's only $17.00, but that goes a long way in my world when it comes to haggle free customer service. I couldn't be happier with my experience and am looking to retire my SST 4's after 10 years!

Customer service can set one company way ahead of the rest. Enjoy those new Dexters
