I need new shoes, my Dexters have about 6000 games on them after 3 years. The inside lining totally deteriorated, exterior and changeable soles and heels, wore well. The shoe "last" did not match up with my foot anatomy, and have developed some metarsal problems, along with plantar fascia problems. I've resorted to athletic taping of my feet, which is a pain in the arse. I should have listened to my wife "The foot doctor", when she told me the shoes were not supportive enough for my foot build.

Do any top-end bowling shoes run narrower? I also use custom orthotics in my Dexters which tore the lining up pretty much.
