i've had my stabilities shoes for about seven months and like them very much.  i like so much that i wear them exclusively in my shop!

i am flat footed and have a "minor" case of plantar facitis(sore heels)and have difficulty standing for long period of times.  the only shoe thus far that has made the pain tolerable and at times non-existent has been the stabilities.  very comfortable and what better way to promote the shoes i sell in my shop!

regarding the use of them during actual bowling, i found that the heels needed some "break in" time.  they tended to have some drag/stickiness issues especially when encountering synthetic approaches.  i solved the "problem" by sanding the heel lightly with a scotch brite pad and continued use.

you may want to wait, because in 2007(not sure when)etonic will be coming out with a "adjustable heel."  it will utilize a "pivot" system, similar to rotating the heel around from one side to the other.
