I have replaced mine 2 times and the easiest way is to take a medium flat screw driver and work it around the toe cap and the toe of the shoe slowly as to not dig to deep you'll most lkiely have to go around a couple of times to losen the origional cement then peel it off the velcro, once the old cap is off then clean off the old cement and reapply new cement (I use a product called shoe goo) can find at most shoe repair shops and reapply the new toe cap holding for a few minutes. Do not use super glue unless you do not want to be able to remove the cap again. The actual instructions can be found on the web site.
