Title: Good place to buy Vise Pro V2 Vinyl oval thumb inserts?

Vise Pro V2 Vinyl (box) oval thumb inserts.

Need one of these every now and then. They have a hard smooth surface; but are easy to adjust. I can get them "locally" but it is a couple of gallons of gas round trip.

What's a good place to get them online?

Good price, $3.95 each, but I don''''t need enough at the moment to qualify for free shipping - minimum S&H $7.95, free if over $60 something for the total order

I now see that Bowling.com has them at a higher price, $4.99 to $5.99 each, but the minimum S&H is only $4.95 per order, free with coupon, or over $40 total order.
