Thumb Tape

I have been looking for this particular thumb tape for quite some time. It is thumb tape that is inserted in the back of the thumb hole and it is about 3/16 inch thick foam that allows the thumb to fit snuggly in the hole. Anyone that has any info on this would be great!

They're called Shur Cushions.  A few distributors sell them online in sheets of like 20+.  

Check your local shop. I've seen shops buy a sheet of them and then sell them individually for a dollar or two.
