NXT Shoes - anybody tried them?
« on: September 21, 2006, 04:27:27 AM »
Has anybody tried NXT?  Not too many posts about them.  They're certainly less expensive than the competition, but do they last, and how comfortable are they?

Nothing bad to say about the pair I had for a little over a year. (still have them, just don't wear them)  My approach changed enough to require a slide instead of a plant on my last step, so after a night of sticking I decided to try some Dexter SST6 LX's.

The NXT's didn't wear out all that fast.  My pair was right handed, and the non slide foot has a hard leather tip much like a Linds shoe.  The tip of my non-slide shoe always wears the fastest, but the NXT held up very well for the price IMHO.
