i have i think sst 5 dexter black and gold and the inside sole did not hold up well and i'm going to hget new ones maybe the sst 6 blue ones does anybody know if the sole inside is different

Are you talking about the insole? Those are replaceable. You can go to any sporting goods store and get better ones. That's what I did - and they've held up more than a year.

Maybe your talking about the goodyear tip. The sst 5s, and original sst 6s had the same one, that dulled down quickly. The sst 6 kangroos however are different, and after 8 months of good use, no visable wear.
