I'm almost positive BTM did a whole "Bowling Fitness" piece a while back. If gave a list of exercises specifically tailored toward bowlers. If you can't find that, I'd check the USBC web site, and possibly contact their Exercise and Strength Conditioning Specialist Nick Bohanon. The guy knows his stuff, and he's about as nice a guy as you'll find. If you email him, I know he'd be willing to give you some tips.
