Title: Shoes
Post by: Gazoo on September 02, 2006, 08:33:46 AM
When one has trouble on the approaches, is it usually the sole or the heel that needs to be replaced? Buckskin soles seem to work great for me on any approach. Just need to make a change on the heel depending on slick or stick Might be because I heel slide most of the time.

In amny cases with less expensive shoes the problem is the area between the heel and the sole.  Flat bottom shoes tend to stick.  I am a toe slider and not a duck foot slider.  Duck foot sliders are closer to planters in nature than anything else.  There are several ways to remedy problems with heel sliding.
