Title: Sizing: Dexter SST 5 Sport vs SST6 LX

Currently I have the SST 6 LX in size 12. I am thinking of switching to the SST 5 Sport after I come back to bowling after my knee surgery. I saw a post by Duke Harding that convinced me to get these due to the arch support. Are the SST 5 Sport comparable in size to the SST 6 LX?
