sst 8 -black/red questions

i am looking at possibly getting these. if anyone has these, how do you like them? are they holding up? also if i wear a size 9  are these going to be true to size?  is 137.95 a good deal? thanks for the input.

I wore the white sst8's for a season and a half and bought the red/black about 3 months ago. They are the best shoes in my opinion. They are comfortable, durable, and I feel very stable through my approach because of the wide base of the shoe. Price wise that is as cheap as you will find them right now for a NIB pair.**If you like the white/black color combo you can get them for $5 cheaper**

I have the black red shoes.Bought them about 2 months or so ago. So far no problems what so ever. I had the sst6 shoes for a few years. I really liked those because the were so comfortable and soft with the kangaroo leather. The new sst8s are very stiff. This does not mean the shoes are bad. For me it was a getting used to process. I think I am over that now. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.


I absolutely LOVE the new Radical equipment!

 I want upgrade too to these shoes, but  a lot of reviews are good for those who wore it for less than 4-6 months. The low reviews seem to come from those who had them longer. Breaking right behind the sole seems to be common.


I want to hear from those who have wore them longer and bowl 20-30 plus games a week.

as stated I wore the white sst8's from December 2009 to August 2011 and had no performance or comfort issues bowling approx. 15 games a week
