Storm 3 ball rollers can hold 5 balls?
« on: January 31, 2010, 02:06:50 PM »
I read a review in Bowlingball.com that says the Streamline 3 ball roller can hold 2 more balls in the shoes compartment. I wonder if it's true for the Rolling Thunder 3 ball rollers also?

I like the Rolling Thunder better: it seems to be stronger( bigger wheels) and better looking although I just want to use it for 4 balls.

Thanks!

I am not so sure that's a true statement. I have seen that bag in person and see no way that is sturdy enough to carry 5 balls. I had a 3 ball rolling thunder bag and I can say no way that bag would carry balls in the shoe compartment. That statement must be a misprint.

I've put 4 balls in a 3 ball roller KR strikeforce, with 1 ball in the shoe compartment.  I don't do it all the time, but in a pinch it will fit.

Good point! Not to mention severe back pain

My plan is just leave the spare ball in the trunk. Take out the roller with 3 balls from the trunk first, then put the spare ball in the shoe compartment while the roller is already on the ground.

Or plan B: spend another $50 for a 4 ball roller....

wouldn't it not be a 3 ball roller if it carries 5?

side note: if it can carry 2 balls in the shoe compartment then... wow... big shoes!

I have to streamline 3 ball rollers. I have tried putting a ball in the shoe compartment and it didn't work out to well. It isn't sturdy enough.
