I know its been said many times before but I want to reiterate that their customer service is some of the best in the biz, have a pair of sst7 where the sole on slide foot is starting to seperate, nothing that some glue wouldnt fix for awile, anyway contacted them via the web, they asked for some information, sent it out on sunday in the form of an email and pictures, monday morning they said manufacturing defect, we will replace them, sst7 are out of production so the sent me the sst6 instead which I am ok with as the sst5 would have been super too, I got the 6's in less then 4 days, and they let me keep the 7's, no need to send em back, that is super service

I would second this.  I had a problem with SST 4 when they were just coming out.  I drag my right toe when I slide, and had worn through the rubber in about 2 months and had my toe coming out.  Called them, they took care of me, sent me new shoes, I did send the other one to them after in the same box so they could take a look at it to improve the design.

I had a similar situation several years ago with two pair of SST5s. The slide toes were wearing out too quick (at least in my mind) so I contacted Dexter. To make a long story short, they said to mail both pair back to them, and they replaced them free of charge.

Excellent customer service if you have a legitimate problem that needs fixed.
