Question on Dexter's
« on: February 07, 2005, 01:06:17 PM »
If i bought the SST6 LX's from buddies, do the shoes come with anything?  You know, like shoe covers, form keepers, and that kind of stuff.  I'm trying to decide between those and the ABS tour deluxes, and the ABS shoes come with a bunch of stuff.  It could be the deciding factor.  So do the shoes come with anything?

Hey a_ak57. Mine came with 2 slide soles, 2 heel soles (in addition to the ones on the shoes already), a bag with the slide charts on it for the soles, a bag for the shoes and 1 shoe cover (for the slide foot obviously).  No go for a form keepers---thinking of getting cheap cedar ones for that.

no. My sst 6's cam with a total of 4 heels and 4 soles from buddies, a dexter shoe cover for slid foot and a bag for the shoes. The bag has a devider down the middles to seperte the shoes. O also it has this little black stick deal that i dont know what it is.

what are form keepers?

You guys are right---I have all the soles, I just forgot how many were there since I haven't had a chance to use them all.  I threw the little black stick away.  I figured it was just to help keep shape during shiping/in the box but actual form keepers will keep the shoe from deforming/crushing plus will help keep them dry inside.   Also, mine are the SST 6LX (big thanks to my girlfriend for Christmas)
