Why is my palm hurting?
« on: February 08, 2007, 01:59:40 PM »
Guys, after sometime of using a robbys wrister (extended 1st finger version) I found that the base of of index and ring finger up to middle of my palm hurt so much. It doesnt hurt much when Im not using the wrister though.

Should I use the all finger support wrister like Moro Pro release or the  positioner like Ebonite Pro-Form Positioner? I have to use the wrister/positioner coz my wrist breaks during release when not using one.
I am also worried if I have the tunnel carpal problem.

You should be fitted with the wrister on for correct spans and pitches, i use the ebonite striker and tried the moro pro relase once if i cupped the ball at all every ball i had would fall off my hand. Plus i was getting a bruise on my wrist area with some pain. I went back to the striker pain went away, so that possibly might be the problem.
