The just for fun tourney sign up posts will probably be coming out near the end of the month.  Strider usually runs the BFDT, and PinKisser ran the BOTBC last winter.  There was also a scratch doubles and eliminator, but I forgot who ran them.

We should have a BOTB (Bottom of the barrel) tourney. Averages 180 and below, or something like that.

I'll be putting out a signup sheet for the BFDT soon.  With the shortened search feature, I didn't want it out too soon and lose the people at the beginning of the list.

Strikinmachine ran the scratch doubles.  ZMan did the eliminator a few times.  BK25 - that was the tourney Pin Kisser ran.  Bottom of the Barrel challenge.  I forget where the "cap" was.

I believe it was 185 and under.  It is a weekly thing for bragging rights and a nice women vs men competition.  The women beat up on the guys on a regular basis  There was also a reporting of CPL/DPL, but the stats were pretty sorry without Pchee in it.  

I'm not sure how many will be booted this season.  I got kicked to the curb for my 194 book.  I may try to get reinstated if I promise to only use my sport league scores, my high 4 game series so far this summer has been a 676.

TP - You got booted because your DPL's were so low.  You conentrated on bowling too much.

On the other hand, My CPL was high and I bagged it with a 171, LOL

LOL  So next season I need to concentrate on DPLs and let the average drop.  Hmmm maybe play the helpless, can you teach me how to make the ball do that hookie thing  No, I doubt I'd be able to pull it off.

What is really sad, I think I had the highest DPL of the ladies

I would rather see ZMAN or Pchee return to doing the BOTBC, they did  much better job at it. Or anyone else that wanted to, for that matter.

"Virtualtournaments.com" has tournaments weekly. Lane 1 is a sponsor & they usually give away 1 or 2 Lane 1 balls per month. The competition is good!

I bookmarked the virtual thing for my son.
Biggest problem he had, guy at local house seems to not always put scores up unless his team does well. Kind of crappy!!!
Some weeks they are up religiously, then others when his team is in a slump, seems to be weeks between uploads of scores.
