Well, the new stuf doesnt work in the wood house either, so after 2 games I desided to just throw the plastic, and unless an old Hammer finds its way into my hands, I will stay with plastic until I am back on synthetic lanes.

I did however bowl pain free tonight with the new 15# equipment, so that is a good thing.

I`m going to have to withdraw. I think I did some serious damage to my wrist last night. I couldn`t even finish. I`m going to the doctor tomorrow but the way it feels, I`m not too optimistic being able to bowl for a while.

Boy, if I could pick up a 10, I'd be great.  There was a time when if I left a pin, I wanted it to be the 10.  Practice, need practice on them.  178-179-234-591.

The weekly signature series, by Hamster.

I was bowling one of the higher average scratch bowlers in league a month or so ago who bowls with average speed and maybe 5 revs from 1st arrow.  On one shot, he left a 9 pin.  Walking back, he frowned and said, "Nobody that throws a fag ball should leave that pin."

Definately a night to remember and thanks again to Doug Sterner for drilling my new Eraser!!!

278, + 277, + 277 for 832
New house record and first 800 for me in 4 years.

1st game: first 9 then two 4-pins.
2nd game: first 8 then 4-7 spare, two strikes and a 10-pin on the fill ball.
3rd game: first 4 then got stupid and left a 3-6-10.  Moved a little left and went off the sheet.

I couldn't believe the carry I was getting.  Tons of messangers and a couple of tripped 4's which never happen for me.
