Another pain is getting outta hand and while I just called the Doc for an appointment, I thought I would check with you folks for opinions.

The past week or so my right knee has been painful and almost feeling like it is dislocating at times, cause its popping back into place at times. The only time it is stable is when I am standing still.
I have not hit it, twisted it, or anything else out of the ordinary, yet it is getting worse everyday. Any thoughts or ideas out there? I get the feeling my bowling could be coming to a premature end, at least temporarily.

I will have to take a blind this week and maybe next week.

Tried a new approach this week, decided to only take 2 balls to league. My weakest resin and plastic.
