175 - 170 - 124 = 469

Proactive covers don't like lightly oiled lanes much.

My wrist popped and gave out on me.  I was supposed to bowl a scratch tourney in LA Saturday, now I'm not sure.

The Dr. says he is positive I tore the menisci and to take it easy for a few weeks. If it improves then we will most likely leave it alone and see how things continue. I think I will refrain from bowling this week and take it one week at a time. At least this knee is not locking up like my other knee does on occasion, at least it hasn't yet.
