BOTBC 03-29 to 04-04 "Fool's Palm Week"
« on: March 30, 2004, 05:18:55 PM »
That's right ladies & gents, we have both April Fool's Day and Palm Sunday this week!
Does that mean we have to bowl like the "no-thumbers"?

Both of my kids made it to the Pepsi qualifiers, so I won't be bowling Sunday morning (don't know when I'll be either prebowling or making up).  I'll use my Sunday evening scores, if it's okay with everyone.

I will be in Reno next week, so I won't be in unless you want my scores from the stadium.  Though from the reports I've been hearing, it may guarantee me the bottom

I'll be bowling tomorrow but was at the lanes today practicing for a tournament this weekend.

Had some chick come on over and was watching me bowl she looked awefully young but she looked kinda hot.  She seemed awefully interested in hanging out.  I figured what the heck a preety girl wants to sit and shoot the breeze while I bowl and she was just in total awe.

That was then it began to dawn on me what was a good looking girl doing hanging out at the bowling alley.  All the kids just finished up their P.E. class and almost all of them were gone except a few.

This gal was under age.  I find out that she is a gal for Hamster.  She was 16 years old going on 25.  Then I find out she is 2 months pregnant.

How about that she 16 and 2 months pregnant.

I had to get out of there quick.  It could have been a true 16.2 CPL.

LOL J/K April fools

211 - 194 - 147 = 552

And that's no joke!
Well, maybe the 147 is.

I only have 2 more weeks of league left, 3 if you count the couples league.

Oh how the mighty have fallen.

From last weeks high to this weeks low.

159-143-124=425

And no cpls.

Maybe I will bowl better in the tournament tomorrow.  I have to be back at the lanes ready to bowl in less than 10 hours.

What a difference a day makes and oil in the machine.  I bowled a century tournament with my father.  Combined age has to be over 100 years of age.  It ended up being a no tap tournament but I only had about 4-5 no tap strikes.

I shot 276-274-209= 759 and my father shot 231-274-194=705 With our handicap we ended up at 1650.  Don't know if we will cash but I did cash in a pot.  Now if only we had oil on our league shot.

I prebowled on Saturday for my Sunday AM league:

168-195-206 = 569

Missed 3 easy spares.
