I bowled last year and the tournament is a very good tournament at a beautiful center.I will be there again this year.

Good prize money, but $250 (or $200 early bird) entry for a 3 game crap shoot to make the next cut? I don't live nearby, but I'd much rather see many less squads (28!) and a longer format to give the cream a chance to rise to the top. The 6 game sweeper sounds good though.

A crap shoot!!!!!!Look at the winners from last year on his website the cream did rise to the top.If you give yourself 2 whacks at it,it's hardly a crap shoot when on challenging conditions and he has a better cut ratio than any other Mega Buck.

Sorry, but I consider any 3 game tournament a crap shoot. I guess it is similar to the Mega Bucks, but I still don't care for short formats. Hope it turns out well.

I guess to each his own.I like long formats also but even in only 3 games with the challenging lane conditions you will have to make good shots to win and the cream will rise to the top.It is better than the old High Roller crap shoot of one game. You are right about the 6 game sweeper it was really good last year Liz Johnson won at +95 for $5,000.I finished 3rd at +74 and +15 low to cash.Good luck in your ventures finding longer formats than 3 games not too many of them out there.
