Challenge accepted...257-181-215=653

Are they going to be good enough to beat the SuckerFish, or will the fish rise to the top of the barrel?  Stay tuned for the results

There was no challenge to accept, almost all scores posted beat the Suckerfish.

201 - 168 - 133 = 502

I hate when they play with the shot!

I'm going deep this week.  It looks like I've sunk all the way to the bottom.  182-158-144=484  Is there anyone who will take sympathy and save me?  Debs, Doc, Roo Cat? Help!  I've fallen and can't get up

I posted this without the recap in front of me.  I found the recap and found I switched games 2 and 3 and cheated myself 3 pins.  I wasn't as lousy as I thought.  The bottom is still mine.

OutaSync,

If I were to use Wednesday morning's scores, I'd certainly be able to save you from the bottom (438 series), but I never use them because to me it's a purely social, nonsanctioned league.

I think everyone is bagging this week since ThongPrincess shot a 653.

Good shooting by the way.  Wish I could have a wall

Doc, I really wish I could say I was bagging.  I just couldn't make the right adjustment.  It also didn't help I was tired.  Too many boring meeting this week.

Debs, LOL I tell my teammates that everytime any of us has a really bad night.

LOL Doc, what wall, who needs a wall?  Remember I'm a lefty, all we have to do is drop the ball and it automatically hits the pocket.  We get into trouble when we try to bowl like a real bowler

TP - I forgot that you were a chuck and dumper.

Well after not bowling for three weeks in league I managed to squeeze out a managable series with a ball with about 11 plug holes in it.  I have been experimenting this season with different pitches and spans as well as different drill patterns to get the right read for me.  I am getting closer.

I am beginning to get the relaxation in my hand so that I can have the easy repeatibility that I am looking for.  I still need to work out the thumb hole for that perfect fit I was beginning to hang when my thumb began to swell in the last game.  Usually my thumb shrinks so I have to add tape.

I was getting a bunch of bad looks from people since my average has dropped to 167 so far this year and I began to throw like days in the past.  200 clean -224 with a 7 bagger and 8 strikes overall, LOL - 149 thumb sticking and killed hook and revs on release 8 flat 10's  and I have to fix my spare ball, hanging on the thumb on that as well.  573 overall not bad for three weeks off and a new ball for these conditions.

We will see what is in store next week.

Sorry, OS, no help here even with 3 weeks off bowling.  At least I didn't totally blow you off like TP.

167 - 161 - 192 = 520

Looks as if TP will reign supreme this week. BTW, nice series, TP!

186-162-210 = 558

Transition game has been killing me lately.

Debs, my only good game tonight was the transition 150-222-148.  I wish I could get them to put out the transition shot for the start.

RooCat, thanks for not being too harsh.
