Post them here and let's see who can beat Pin Kisser's 165 pin difference between any 2 games.

Ed, you actually got me 2 out of 6.  Happy dance is in order  No matter what part of the barrel, we will share it this week

Doc, I definitely don't do CPLs.  DPLs are tough to come by in the leagues I bowl.  Monday is a 9PM league in Burbank and Tuesday is just dead around the center

Ed and TP, step aside I think the bottom is mine this week.  I pulled a muscle in my lower back Sunday.  It was feeling better, so I didn't take the Motrin until it did start getting a little sore.

Add to that a spotty lane condition and I should have taken my blind.  Here's the results 157-144-175=476

The only salvation for the night was 2 DPLs and meeting a fellow BR member.  So I guess it was worth the trip to the center.

Doc

CPL's are impossible here. My Monday league is mens industrial, plus this house has no bar either. Besides, the wife might have issues with the whole CPL thing.

TP - If you got a CPL you could score some big points.

Ed - I'm married too and I still get a few CPL's and my wife bowls in the same league.  We are not swingers either.

Now that could be a cool a swingers league.  Every week yuo switch partners literally, LOL

Doc
That would be cool.
Mine wouldn't mind either, she is pretty easy going about what I do.
But there still are not chicks at my monday night league!!!! And the sunday night league chicks are for the most part not my type!!!

So I'm S.O.L.

184 - 190 - 193 = 567
0 CPL.

No 200's, but more consistant shots this week.

2 split/opens in the first game.
2nd game was clean until I dumped it in the gutter on the first ball in the 10th frame. Cost me a 200.
Don't remember much of the third game, other than 2 strikes & a 8 - 10 split in 10th.

Only one league this week:  195-201-176=572.  I will need a blind for next week.

I think I have the lowest ever BOTBC score.

I will let Ed shine this week as I have hit rock bottom this week.

I have shot a very impressive 130-117-115=362

This very impressive score has now dropped my league average to a whopping 170.

Only 8 more pins to drop to get to the honorable 162.

No CPL's this week either.

I have drilled up a ball this week and with a whole new drill pattern.  I will be throwing it in league and no prior practice.

Apparently that drilling just doesn't work Doc.
What drilling was it, want to make sure I don't try it.

Sr. - Not to make excuses but there was several factors that made the difference in scoring on our pair.  I was throwing a new ball with a different pattern that was too strong for the conditions.  I have never thrown this ball prior to league night and only had 3 frames to throw in shadow.  The lanes were toasted.  The normal house shot wasn't there as the ball burned up before the arrows but continued to roll only to hit like a popcorn fart.  The only place where their was enough oil to throw this ball was over 6th arrow which I am not very good at playing.  I practiced that shot anyway. Secondly work was very strenuous so I was pretty worn out so trying to consistently hit an 8 board area at the breakpoint was out of the question.  I can normally hit my area fairly consistently. So I was rewarded with strikes or washouts/splits which is understandable.  This ball reads the lane well and does what it should do.  I just wsn't up to doing my part consistently.  I could have thrown plastic at my spares which I do well or switch to a ball I know better to score much better, but that doesn't suit me well since I do not practice that much anymore.  But now I know what I can do with this ball and what conditions I can throw it on.

So there you have it.  My reasons for scoring poorly.  Not really any excuses.  I wasn't upset and was laughing and smiling while throwing the ball.  The wife got a kick out of it because she beat me 2 out of 3 and beat me series too.

She was amazed at how I didn't get upset like I used to in the past.  She kept coming over to me and whispering in my ear. Baaaaaaaaaaagggggggeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr your a bagggggggggggeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr.

She consoled me later and she does bowl in the league.  So I bagged a CPL.  Too bad significant others don't count.

Until next week folks.

Actually, those scores weren't that bad.  Did you check out some of the scores from the PBA site this week.  I can't envision a shot so bad a pro shoots 130s.

At least you scored a CPL.

We'll try and get out there in March.  I want to check out Pat's rent-a-chick program.  Maybe he'll take trade ins.

Sr.  You better be careful.  If the Mrs. thinks you8 are going to trade her in you may be out of luck.

Do you the one where the 80 year old man wanted to trade the wife in for a twenty year old?

The wife replied, If you remember math then you know that it works both ways.  I'll trade you in for a twenty year old as well and 80 goes into twenty a lot less then 20 goes into 80.

The other fact remains that you have to go to sleep sometime.

I decided to bowl after all, since I can't bowl on my league tonight due to my son's Confirmation.

202-223-172 = 597

Surprisingly, bowling was painless today.

Well, I missed by a pin of being in a 3 way tie for, what would that be, 4th place?, with Ed and TP.

156 - 194 - 181 = 531
