Last night my sport league started and I am sure glad we use the 1st 3 games  I was told this would be one of the easier conditions
168-160-194=522 game 4 127  But on the positive side, I averaged 158 at the end of the winter season, so I am temporarily ahead of the game and my team won 1 point out of 5.

PBA Regional/Senior Pattern #2

Did not execute very well except for spares, but caught some lucky breaks.  Aggravating, because this is probably the easiest of the 5 patterns we'll use.

not sure wut shot it is but it was a 27 foot shot short dry in middle and heavier oil on the out side but it wasnt enough to be outof bounds anyway i shot 171,196,200, i wish we only bowled 3 games but nooo we have to bowl 4 last game 147
couldnt string the strikes together and ten chopped every spare possible.
567 for first 3 but 714 for 4

Tonight was a great night. This was our second time around on The nationals shot. My partner and I played 2 of the highest average bowlers on a "HOUSE" shot. One of them I think even has a PBA card. Anyway game one I knew where to play just made a couple dumb mistakes whiffing a 4 pin and missing a multi pin spare. That and a split cost me but I was able to get a 189. Second game another whiffed 4 pin but I was able to stay clean the rest and had a 210. Last game I moved a board left every other shot and had a clean 231 game. So I ended up with a 630 set.

Partner and I cleaned up with the other team struggling and were able to take 18 out of 20 points. Pretty good confidence building night.

Ah yes- pattern 4 of our summer sport shot challenge league. I figured since they've already thrown at us a 45 foot pattern, a 41 foot pattern (I wasn't there for that one) and a 34 foot pattern, this one would be shorter than the 34 footer....

Wrong! 50 feet of flat oil, 60 units from gutter to gutter. I've never seen so many long faces over the course of the evening. I tried to play deep inside (25 at laydown, 22 at the arrows out to 16) but after 7 frames I just moved off the gutter and threw a slow frozen rope off the 9 board with my Animal.

Scores: 192-182-192= 566

I think I was second or third high in the league (one of my Monday night teammates threw a 610 on this).

Can't wait for this pattern to come up again...
