216...exactly what is the record for consecutive 10-pin leaves?
230...exactly what is the record for poor shots in between 10 strikes?
266...(sigh)..too bad it came together for only one game.

189-258-236=683.

Lanes broke down at the end of the second game....30 minute wait and then we finally got moved. We were down 160 pins in the 5th frame..............I strike out in the tenth and we win the game by 5 pins, giving us totals also.

A very embarrassing start to the set.  I just couldn't get lined up and when I thought I was, I would lose the mechanics  A positive is I didn't lose my mental game and was able to recover.

116 - 183 - 207 (a clean game) = 506

237 + 257 + 248 = 742

I felt like I had been bowling well, but I wasn't carrying.  Finally my carry has improved.  I had all single pin spares except for the 11th frame of the third game.  I left a 4-9 split, but I picked it up.

Mumzie,

I need a blind for next week.  Our league isn't bowling due to Thanksgiving.

Well, for being sick like I am I cant complain.

Clean night for a change.

238, 246, 226 for 710.

Mumzie, I feel that there shouldnt be a blind doubles week next week as most people will either not be in town or wont have leauges. I vote for a week off on scratch doubles. Anyone else feel the same??
