Used Kinetic game 1, fought it all game 2 should have switched to Green Gargoyle 5 frames before I did, Green Gargoyle game 3. Had 7 straight strikes game 1 and game 3.

If I do bowl, I will edit this post with tonights scores. I don't bowl until 9, so taking some Advil and icing it may loosen it up.
Update - I bowled warm-ups, the knee was tight and very little slide. I was hoping that it would loosen up and did bowl game 1 - no slide at all and the knee got tighter. I did not bowl the rest of the set. For what it's worth I did shoot 162, the team won game 1 and took 3 of 4 points for the night.

First game had major approach issues somebody from the other team decided to cake their shows with easy slide so 10th frame on my fill ball I put on my street shoes and bowled. Once I got lined up I was fine. Positive is with no slide, my ball speed stays down and the ball reads the lane better.
