Dry as a bone (because of high schoolers making my league a 3rd/4th shift league) but thank you Mr. DynoThane ZR40.
Side note: Last night was the first time ever in a league where a team I was on executed a clean sweep (in a league of more than 7pts per night). We won 24-0 last night, to catapult into 3rd from 7th.

Actually, Eric, if I were still an eighth-grade bowler, I'd probably take offense to the comparison of my 10-pin leave. I had 20 straight no-doubters and then I left that miserable thing. For the first time, I was actually thinking about what my score could be instead of executing the shot. Before I stepped onto the approach I thought, "Get this one and it's(800) in the bag." Idiot. With 20 in a row, I should've been thinking, "Make a great shot. Four more."

Carry was a struggle today, poor spare shooting on top of that contributed to a mediocre series, I need to practice more with my spare ball to get my confidence up with it.
the last game cost my team a win, and it'll eat at me until next week.
lowest game all season, what a mess.
not sure if this had anything to do with it, but i did notice the lane machine failed to oil the lane on the first 10-12 inches.

I am going to have to take a blind for a few weeks, unless we have a sub list set up.
I just had to have a short notice surgery to remove a cancerous tumor and I'm unsure of how long I will be out of action. I have to have some other treatment as well, so it's hard to say.
I am hoping to battle back to full speed as soon as I can, but it could be a few weeks or more... I'll have to keep you updated as things move along.

It was funny; tonight I really thought I was going to get my first 300 (nope, I have never shot one!). It was the first time I had a calm feeling come over me in the 10th frame to where I wasn't nervous and could execute a good shot, and I pured the shot and stoned a 9 pin in the 11th. This was at least the 7th time I have had the front 10 or better. Oh well, maybe next week.

wylie, hope you get well soon, volley_man, I hope the surgery goes smooth and you have a speedy recovery.
My night started out horrible. Then made a ball change and never looked back. Ball change should have been made in the 1st game 3rd frame as it was a thought. Anyway without furter hesitation, heres my scores for the night.
