Scratch Doubles-Week #11 Nov 16-Nov 22 AND VOTE

Voting on if we should abolish the double point system for the position rounds (2 more) for the rest of the season. The position rounds are the last week of each session and some teams can just up in the standing a lot with only one good week. It's not fair for teams that bowled well for 8 weeks and had one bad week. It actually tripled the points. I vote to abolish it. What does everyone else want?

Oh yeah. Post week 11 here too.

Isn't shaking things up the point of the position round?  Why change?  There are a lot of ways in which match play isn't fair, it doesn't always reward the best bowlers.  Lots of teams win points simply because they drew a team that bowled badly while good scores lose to other good scores.  How is that fair?
