Had a decent set this week.
After leaving 4 -10 pins in a row, late in the 2nd game made a 1 board right move and then got it going again in the 3rd game.

A 245-pin improvement over the previous week (go figure, LOL). Almost a no-tap 900 (one 8 count).

I started with the front 6, solid 8 pin, double, 8/ strike, then it was all down hill from there.
I only had two opens, both nasty splits. I was throwing the ball great for the first 9 frames....then....well you can see..

Had 7 7 pins and I'm a righty! Only 3 10 pins all night. Had 3 7 pins in a row in 3rd game! WTF!! I'm lucky that I made the move and ball change when I did because otherwise it would have been a very long night.
I went back to my 1st ball in 3rd frame of last game (I thought the lanes had opened up) and washed out. 1st ball went back into the bag for the night.

Today I feel better then yesterday but that's not saying much .. I'm out of bed but every part of me is sore .. and I can't stray too far from a bathroom! Hope to put some solid food into my system today .. hopefully that will speed recovery!

The worst I ever felt in my LIFE was one time I got food poisoning, I don't blame ya! I got so dehydrated that at one point when I was trying to get off the couch to get back to the bathroom, my calf muscle just went bananas on me. I finally knew what a REAL cramp was like. I swear it looked like my calf muscle was all the way down in my ankle! I'll never forget that day... It's probably one of the only things that could keep me away from bowling!

ball change in first game(throw last 9)
last game-threw 4 differnt balls to same result(7 10 pins, a 7-10 blow out, and a rollout 8-10). Last game is just killing me this year

I threw the worst shot possible in the 12th of the 1st game, cost myself my first 300. Drove the ball straight into the lane and was praying it would cross over, but went thru the nose and left a 3-6. BOO nerves in the 10th frame!
On a side note, I am battling pretty severe pain in my left knee- trying to tough it out until summer. I am thinking about surgery, but hopefully can put it off. That is how you follow a 298 with a 183, in case you were wondering

Anyhow, it started off well 195, then the slippery slope 165-159= 519. I was working on projecting the ball from right to left and this is new for me, so a 195 was great, even the 165. I went back to my usual down and in, and couldn't find it. Oh well, it was average for the night.

Won my first 2 games in league, lost the 3rd (go figure). Tried by Fury for the 3rd game, seemed to work "ok" (2 wrap 7's and 2-4-7 on fill ball).
