Title: Week 27 results are up...
Post by: mumzie on April 10, 2008, 11:37:46 AM
Congrats to Swinging Balls for winning the 3rd round.

Great season everyone - I sure wish more players would have shown up the last week!

I'm not sure I'm gonna do this next year - I don't mind doing the standings, but chasing down replacements for people who don't post takes a lot of effort.

I have a suggestion for next year, though - I'd like to make the partnerings random - I think that would be a LOT of fun! Thoughts?

mumzie. Thanks again for all your hard work. There are many options you can do and you don't have any control over getting people to post their scores.

You can do a trios league or have a entering team cap to make it a little more competitive. Maybe mix up the point system alittle. Try to pick people who are regulars. Those are the ones who tend to post the most.

DWP was a great partner for me. We would like some revenge but I'm OK with the ramdom partner thing.

Congrats to Swinging Balls and mumzie, can you post a link for the final week?

I owe it all to that wonderful little gem
I found on ebay for $7.50 called the
Dynothane Threshold. What a ball. Congrats
James, you picked me up the first half of
the season though. I was rather lackluster
the first half. A big thank you goes out
to mumzie. I don't think a lot of people
realize what she has to do, so GREAT JOB MUMZIE.

I was thinking - what about a singles league?
Then your partner wouldn't be punished if you didn't post. Thoughts?
