Winter BFDT Signup!

Sign up here to join the winter Bowling Forum Doubles Tournament.  High and low averages are paired together to make evenly matched teams.  Scoring will be both scratch and handicap (80% of 220).  I will need your high book average from this past winter season (summer average is OK if that is all you have).  Last year’s average is used for the first week’s handicap and then discarded.  Your average (and handicap) will change every week based on the scores you turn in.  This is a fun tournament.  We’re playing for fun, so we’re all on the honor system.  Pick one league to use throughout the BFDT.  A second league or tournament score may be used if your primary league is not held (weather, illness, out of town…) for some reason.  Please contact me if you need to substitute for your main league.  Reply here or message me if you have any questions.

I would like to be in...book last year was a 217...

Right now the one league I am in starts Oct 7th, but I should be getting on another league and should know today or tomorrow. If I can't start until Oct 7th, would there be anyway to get a sub or something?

Yes...I name my bowling balls...and as you can see those names are real original...so if you have any suggestions on what a better name would be, please let me know!

Florida State will be back...as soon as Chris Rix learns how to throw a spiral, use an alarm clock, and hang on to the ball...but they will be back.

I would like to join....somehow finished at 226 during 1 of my leagues last year. We start either Aug. 29th or Sep. 5th and I'll know for sure by the end of this weekend. I will have to miss on Sep. 19th though as I'll be on my honeymoon in Vegas.

Found out that my mens monday night starts on Sept 8th and mixed friday night start on Sept 5th.
Which one do you prefer I use, or does it matter?

Strider - You are gonna run this?   Well, let me ask for my 50 pin per game handicap right up front.  If you can partner me up with some fool, I mean bowler, count me in.  Hi Avg last year was 185.  That oughtta have partners lining up to bowl with me.

Mike, you should have bagged down to 150 so I could have paired you up with John Figueroa.  Anyone looks good matched up with a 240+ average bowler.

That's right Ty.  Averages are paired high to low.  You don't get to pick partners, but the team average work out fair for everyone.

Note to self, Curly's average is 213.
