Please make this easy on me.
Give me your book average and what date you start. Once I have a bunch of replies, we will decide on the starting date. This will be your only chance. I will replace bowlers as needed (Please don't sign up unless you are serious about posting every single week. I hate blinds and so does your partner), but will not be adding teams very regularly. If you have to miss a bunch of time (moving, injury...) please let me know so you can be replaced temporarily or permanently as needed.
I will answer all PM's but try to ask your questions here so I don't have to answer the same question multiple times.

If you want to use a sport league or something with a dramatically lower average and you have an established average for that league, I can use that. I don't want mismatched teams if you will be using a more challenging shot, but don't to wade through a bunch of averages over a few pins. The entering average is only used for the first week's handicap anyway. After that, the scores you turn in determine your average/handicap.
BTW, I will provide a post each week here in the "Ballreviews Tournaments" forum in which to add your scores. Please don't PM scores each week. It's much easier on me if they're all in one place. That way I don't necessarily have to be logged in to see them.

alright picture this im 6-1 160 tall and lengthy with really long arms, im a righty, my right foot is on the last dot to the left, i hit some where near the middle arrow ( i don't pay much attention) i throw the ball 20-25mph and can get ten track rings on my ball, will anything u have make it back to the pocket

My average is 1 and Ragnar's average is 300. I guess that makes us partners huh ?
If you are really doing this the fair way use 217 for me. (Bastage).
Edit to add - I checked the ABC web site and my average last year was 217 not 216. Bummer.

Whoa, Whoa, how come I have to hit the head pin for it to count as a strike???? They all look the same on the scoreboard!
Count me in, 160 sounds about right for average but I'll just take a pin a year age difference in handicap instead.
First week I'll bowl is Sep 1st.
Zman, whipped on by a drunk chick in OK. At least I broke 500 down there.

Beginning bowlers are great for things like this. Your partner bascially gets his own personal sandbagger since your average should climb steadily during the year.
