A couple of thumb questions
« on: July 20, 2008, 09:47:11 AM »
Is it a bad idea to use tape on the sides of your thumbhole, as to keep it tight against the sides of your thumb but still provide a clean release? Or should the hole already be drilled that tight? (I may just have a misshapen thumb)

I have used black tape on the sides...just cut one in half length ways...worked well.
Not sure about white tape on the sides, I think you would have trouble getting a clean release.

I dont like the residue that black tape leaves so I put a piece of white tape to snug up the hole on the side then a piece of black for fast release

Yeah I use black tape on the sides, only use white in the front if necessary.
