how to measure myself? revs?

I'm currently using a columbia particle scout.  The ball is ok, but I wanted something that hits a lot more.  My friends have oracle, xxx extreme, and track, and their balls hit a lot harder then mine.  Depending on your revs, etc., you would get your ball around this.  I was wondering how I would measure more revs.  I currently bowl a 150-160.  My ball tends to hit at the end, and I bowl on medium to heavy oil.  Thanks!!
