I'm currently bowling in 2 leagues at 2 different houses, I'm averaging 173 at one house and then 153 at the other.. I throw about 14-15 mph and high revs since I bowl 2 hand. I usually aim for the 3rd arrow on the left side and cut out to around the 2nd arrow on the right before it snaps back.. At the house that I average 153, it seems like they use a shorter pattern and my ball will cross the head pin about halfway through the first game.
So now I'm looking for something with a little less back end reaction that I won't have to go gutter to gutter with in order to hit the pocket.
As a fellow two hander, another thing you can do is put the pin between 1 to 2 inches from your axis point to tame down the backend. I have a 300C Solid with this layout and it allows me to go straighter when a ball like my Violent Eruption gets too "violent" on the backend. Even with the surface at 4000 plus polish, it still never gets flippy and uncontrollable.
For your specs, I believe that Mutiny to be too much ball unless you are in heavier oil conditions. There are a couple routes you can go to get what you are looking for. The first is what was suggested about doing a Super Natural or even a Scout since the Scout has no core in it (pancake weight block). The other things is what I recommended; taking a lower end reactive like a 300C and putting the pin out close to your axis point.
In regards to your Mutiny, have you tried adjusting the surface on it or is it still at the original box finish?
