Is the hot water soak to get all the oil out of the ball safe for all types of balls. I have a particle and a reactive resin. Thanks.

Yes. If the balls have a polish compound on them it will not work too well because the polish will hold the oil in there. If thats the case then you have to have it sanded down to about 400 grit then take it back to the surface you had it at.
