Hey everybody, this is my opening statement video, so to speak, where I offer some thoughts and give my perspectives on some different things. I explain why I'm doing this, and how I came to be in this predicament in the first place. I say it in the video, but this one is kind of superfluous, it won't have much to do with the actual process, but I think that knowing my perspective and where I'm coming from will help you who are watching understand and also give you a perspective to apply when you're watching the videos. I'm also going to have an "official" video where I lay out my ideals and goals as a coach, and where I also offer my perspective as a bowler and try to identify what challenges I expect to encounter from the bowler perspective and also from the whole concept of coaching myself. The whole point is to try to be as objective as possible, so I'm going to try to separate my coaching from my bowling as much as possible so I can give an accurate picture of the dynamic, but still give myself an accurate idea of what it's like from both sides.
