Drifting left

I went and practiced today and video taped my self and found ou that i drift left seven boards from where i start on the approach ( I am right handed). I think this might be a problem as i open my sholder alot as well, making for me inconsistant. Can someone let me know if drifting is a problem and if so how to fix it. I also found that i need to use my legs a little more on the foul line and stay down on the ball. So if some one can help me out that would be great.

With all your accomplishments in your profile...I'm hesitant to say anything!

BUT, from what I understand...drifting right for a righty produces more power or leverage...to the left...less leverage.

Keep up the incredible accomplishments though.

If I had em...and was drifting....I'd keep doing it!

Just as it is already stated, it doesn't really matter how you deliver the ball.  The bowling game has been going away from textbook for the past couple of years.  What does matter is that you do everything the exact same way everytime.  So if you drift seven boards left, don't change a thing.  From a coaching stand point that problem is a very minor problem provided you are able to change entry angles, hand and finger positions etc...
